I'm an avid travel enthusiast and mom of two. I developed a deep love for travel after living abroad, and it shaped my appreciation for culture and connection. Today as a travel advisor and mom, I use my experiences to help families and couples plan meaningful vacations that create lasting memories.

My Philosophy
Travel should feel like you
Every client I work with has a different dream. Some want a relaxing cruise where everything is taken care of. Others want to go off the beaten path and find something raw and real. My job is to listen first, and plan second.
I have personally traveled to dozens of destinations across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond. When I recommend something, it's because I've stood there myself.

"Chapsi is a life saver! Very attention to details especially my specific requests. She is patience as well with my many inquiries and back and forth. When going to Disney I felt overwhelmed with it all. Chapsi made it so easy for me and gave me and my family an experience that was in my budget but was able to add additions and make it ever more special family vacation for us. I highly highly recommend Travel with Chapsi."

Favorites & travel tips
Tried, tested, and personally recommended. Everything I share here comes from real travel experience.
My Amazon Store
Browse my personally curated collection of travel essentials, cruise must-haves, and packing favorites, all tried and tested from real trips.
Crystal-clear waters, world-class reef snorkeling, and incredible local food. Don't miss El Fish Fritanga for lunch after a morning in the water.
Curacao
Colorful, vibrant, and completely underrated. Stunning beaches, world-class diving, and a unique Dutch-Caribbean culture that sets it apart from every other island.
The Bahamas
Nassau has history and culture, while private islands like Perfect Day at CocoCay deliver a full resort beach day. Great for first-time cruisers.
Guatemala
A place that holds a very special place in my heart. Tikal, Antigua, Lake Atitlan. Land trips here are genuinely transformative.
Jamaica
Ocho Rios and Montego Bay offer something for every traveler. Dunn's River Falls is a must, and the food scene is world-class.
Grand Cayman
Stingray City is unlike anything else in the world. Pair it with Seven Mile Beach for the perfect port day for both families and couples.
01
Book Early, Save More. Cruise and resort prices go up as the travel date approaches. Booking 6 to 12 months in advance gives you the best selection and the lowest price.
02
Get Travel Insurance. Unexpected things happen. A small investment in travel protection covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. I always recommend it.
03
Arrive a Day Early. Never fly in on the same day your cruise departs. If your flight is delayed, you miss the ship. Arrive the night before and start your trip stress-free.
04
Pack a Day Bag. Your checked luggage may not arrive to your cabin until the afternoon. Pack a small carry-on with your essentials for the first few hours on board.
05
Book Shore Excursions Early. Popular excursions sell out fast. Whether you book through the cruise line or a trusted local operator, do it early to secure your spot.
06
Use a Travel Advisor. We have access to exclusive rates, cabin upgrades, and perks you cannot get on your own. And in most cases, our services cost you nothing extra.
07
Check Your Passport. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Many countries require this, and airlines enforce it at check-in.
08
Stay Hydrated on Sea Days. Warm weather and ocean air are dehydrating. Drink extra water, wear sunscreen, and pack electrolyte packets for long days on deck.

I offer full-service travel planning, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group travel, family vacations, honeymoons, and destination weddings. I research and compare options, handle all bookings, coordinate travel insurance, and support you from the first inquiry to the day you return home. My goal is to make every part of your trip feel effortless.
To provide each client with personalized attention and carefully curated vacation options, I charge a non-refundable planning fee of $50 per adult and $25 per child, unless a special promotion is available. This fee allows me to dedicate time to researching and comparing the best options for your travel needs, creating customized quotes, answering questions, and offering expert guidance throughout the planning process. My goal is to take the stress and guesswork out of vacation planning while helping you find the best value for your budget. You'll also have my support before your trip to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
For cruises, 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal for the best cabin selection and pricing. For all-inclusive resorts, 3 to 6 months is typically enough. For group travel or destination weddings, 12 to 18 months is recommended to secure room blocks and negotiate group rates.
Planning fees are $50 per adult and $25 per child. Quotes are typically provided within 2 to 4 business days. All payments are processed via invoice. Payment plans may be available for trips booked 45 or more days before departure, with deposits starting as low as $50 per person when offered by the travel supplier. I do not process card payments directly. Full payment terms are outlined in your booking confirmation.
Absolutely. I strongly recommend travel protection for every trip. It covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. If you choose to decline coverage, a signed waiver is required. I will always present your options and explain the benefits before you decide.
I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Weekends are available by appointment. I also remain available to my clients while I am traveling. The best way to reach me is by email at [email protected] or by phone at (224) 676-3338.
Yes. I am fully bilingual and offer consultations in both English and Spanish. A Spanish-language booking form is available for your convenience.
